Chapter 9 deals with the effect of integrated training program on wholesome development of Degree College male students. Chapter 10 describes the effect of Cross-Fit Training Programme for Strengthening of Physical and Psychological Fitness Variables of Degree College Male Students. Chapter 11 presents the list of female medallists and their results of Olympics and Paralympics games in the era of the 21st century. Chapter 12 focuses on the comparative effect of functional training and skill based training on overall performance of female gymnasts. Chapter13 describes the effect of resistance training on muscular strength variables and skill performance of Judokas of selected colleges affiliated to university of Mumbai.
