ISSUES AND TRENDS IN REHABILITATION RESEARCH

Author: Dr. N. K. Chadha, Prof. Surinder Nath

Systematic studies on Rehabilitation Research, an immensely growing area of research in social sciences, lack to a great extent in a country like India. Such studies are extremely useful for any country and have high social relevance to humanity. On confronting certain practical problems while conducting fieldwork in certain areas of rehabilitation research, the idea to edit a book was generated. Thus we made every effort to identify experts, within general constraints of technical competence , and requested them to contribute a chapter in this book on their specialized area of research. The articles included in this book would, hopefully, stimulate teachers, social workers, administrators, medical professionals as well as research scientists, to help those who require any kind of rehabilitation.
