coaching and Officiating are the essential components of Sport. Organizing and managing the sports events in the world have commendable progress. Officiating is a system of managing sports, especially in implementing the game rules and keeping order for the duration of the game. The role of an official is very crucial in especially endeavors. The success and failure of any sports event depend on officials. It is, therefore, necessary for an aspiring officiating official to possess a number of qualities such as physical, emotional, mental, and social to meet the goal of having a satisfying, complain-free, impartial, and successful game. Coaching is unlocking the potential of an athlete to maximize their own performance. Coaching is a method of directing, instructing, and training a person or group of athletes with an aim to achieve some goal or develop a specific skill. A coach helps the athletes to work toward achieving their full potential. A coach is a person who helps athletes to improve their performance and skill. He is responsible for training athletes and regularly analyzes their performance. Coach has to create the right conditions for learning to happen and find ways to motivate athletes.
